1. Appointments & Service Policy
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, website, or in person for your convenience. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. No refunds are provided on completed services as part of our service guarantee policy.

Regarding our hair system refund and return policy. We do not apply refund policy on completed hair system services. Clients must also take responsibility for their personal belongings, as Hair System Salons does not cover lost or stolen items left on the premises.

While we deliver high-quality hair system solutions, individual results depend on several factors. We cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client. Hair System Salons focuses solely on non-medical, cosmetic hair restoration. If you have medical concerns about hair loss, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional. Additionally, any damage resulting from improper maintenance, external treatments, or third-party products falls under the client’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Hair System Salons owns all website content, logos, and images. Therefore, clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. Moreover, by submitting a review, testimonial, or service-related photos, clients automatically grant us permission to use them for marketing across different media platforms.
6. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
If disputes or claims arise regarding our services, we encourage resolving them through direct communication first. However, if a resolution is not reached, California law will govern the dispute.
